Hotel Negresco Plaza Mayor is a new boutique hotel set to open in autumn 2025. It's a space that adheres to Negresco Hoteles' corporate standards for practical and functional accommodations, all located in the heart of Madrid. This new boutique hotel features 18 independent rooms, built on the top (5th) floor of a building on Conde de Romanones street. The street is named in honor of its resident, Álvaro de Figueroa y Torres, the 1st Count of Romanones and the first mayor of Madrid.

The architecture of old Hapsburg Madrid, blended with innovative elements from 21st-century Madrid, results in 18 newly-renovated boutique rooms, brimming with genuine practicality and minimalism. These 18 independent spaces are fully refurbished and categorised into three types based on their size, layout, number of beds and facilities: Deluxe Double Rooms, Standard Double Rooms and Standard Single Rooms.
